Community Rooms

The Amazon Refuge Lodge has two community rooms, each based on either side of the Rio Chingana connected by a walkway with observation deck.

Our main room hosts lectures, symposiums, general meetings, and functions as the dining hall for visitors.

Built in the shape of a ship; it projects over the Yanayacu River and affords an incredible view of the waterways surrounding the lodge.

Our second community room functions as a multi room habitation, yoga and spiritual center, and has a capacity of up to 15 people in a commune style cabin. Two fully functional bathrooms are available for groups, along with full screening and river views. This room sits at the end of the covered walk ways and is virtually in the jungle area behind the lodge.

Our Second room has been used as a production center for television, movie, and educational institutions' housing and offices.
